CEO, Managing Director
As the CEO and owner of Winterhawk Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific & Oceania regions, Steve is responsible for all day-to-day operations, resource and management decisions and for developing company strategy.
Steve began his career in technology some 27 years ago and has more than 20 years’ senior leadership experience in large blue chip organizations. He has managed SAP Centres of Excellence, Quality Assurance, IT and SAP Security and Governance groups across Financial Services, Consumer Packaged Goods and Media industries.
Steve has worked in numerous countries across Europe as well as in North America, and managed multiple large global SAP Security projects. In addition, he has extensive experience with developing controls, implementing policies and procedures to meet new and evolving regulatory requirements and streamlining business procedures to enhance productivity, and to achieve cost and resource efficiencies.
Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer, Cavan is responsible for executing product and service strategies, research and development labs, marketing and business development across the EMEA and APAC regions.
Cavan has worked across many industries in the past ten years, helping to shape organisations’ Governance, Risk and Compliance strategies in a variety of roles. Holding a degree in Computer Networks and Security, Cavan joined Winterhawk from SAP where he consulted with organisations on implementing GRC roadmaps. He strives to simplify GRC, and make it more accessible for companies grappling with the challenges of implementation and cultural change.
Data Privacy Officer
Elodie has over 18 years of SAP implementation and upgrade experience across the Transportation, Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Financial Services and Pharmaceutical industries, including public sector and government environments. Holding a degree in Liberal and Business Studies from Simon Fraser University, Elodie has worked in Canada, USA and the United Kingdom. She has extensive experience in SAP Security, SoD Remediation, documentation of best practice processes, policies and procedures, and a keen interest in data privacy legislation and how it applies to SAP Applications.
As Data Privacy Officer, Elodie is responsible for developing and implementing corporate privacy policies & procedures, conducting educational programs, and auditing and administering corporate privacy policies.
Chief Operations Officer
Andrew is an experienced and passionate professional with over 15 years of SAP experience including Basis and Data Management, and more than 10 years of SAP GRC Solutions and Project Implementations.
His background includes Team Leadership, Project Management, SAP Governance and Process Control, combined with exceptional communication and organisational skills, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Head of Service Delivery
Linda has worked in SAP Security, GRC and Internal Controls for more than ten years. Working mainly in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage and Retail sectors, her roles and responsibilities have included SAP GRC Implementations, Security Design and Redesign, projects and global support as well as rolling out training and education programmes.
Developing efficient managed services offerings is essential to Winterhawk building loyal clientele and valued services, and as Head of Service Delivery, Linda is responsible for the overall delivery of BAU support and managed services to our clients.
Linda has worked in the United States and various European locations, and is fluent in English and Swedish.
Head of Media & Marketing
After completing a degree in Psychology & Communications, Toni travelled extensively before making Northern Ireland her home. She spent six years as part of the Marketing, Communications & Audiences team at BBC Northern Ireland, working on varied projects such as launch parties, programme performance evaluations, and cross-departmental promotional strategies.
Toni has a diverse background across many sectors, including publishing, corporate compliance and media, stemming from roles in the UK and Canada. She joined Winterhawk following a career break during which time she was self-employed. In her current role, Toni aims to capture her colleagues’ passion for and belief in Winterhawk products and services and share that with a wider audience.

Chairman of the Board/Advisory Board
Based between the UK and United States, Jan is a visionary technology executive with over twenty years of experience with large scale systems and technology transformations and operations, managing annual budgets in excess of $150 million.
After 8 years in the United States where he was serving as Chief Technology Officer at Kraft Foods Group, Jan has returned to Europe where he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Faroese Telecom. Jan earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.
Advisory Board Member
A business leader with a proven track record of over 20 years as an employee, manager and business owner working in result-oriented sales, sales management, program and project management roles covering leading ERP / EPM software and services. Working nationally and internationally for UK, European and global technology businesses.
Specialties: Delivering sales in the technology business sector, complex deal negotiation, people management in a remote environment, national and international projects and program management. An ability to develop both customer and partner relationships for the long term.
Advisory Board Member
Based in Sweden, Lars is a Venture Capitalist with more than 30 years of experience running businesses in Scandinavia. He studied economics at University, becoming a controller at an international production company, which included responsibility for procurement and HR. He has been a Chief of Finance in both private and public forestry export companies, handling information to the stock market and has served on multiple boards.
